Refund Policy

  1. Prior to 72 hours to event: Participant must email or call Donna Smith NLT 72 hours prior to 7 am CST of the day of event. If notification via email (time/date stamp) or phone call (call history) is outside 72 hours, participant will be refunded $150 of entry fee to their credit card.
  2. Inside 72 Hours of event: Tournament Fee is Non-Refundable. Participant will forfeit full amount of entry fee. This includes ALL medical withdraws unless death in the family.
  3. Cancellation/Withdraw Contacts within 72 hours of start:

    • 2nd Priority:Tournament Director Cell Phone listed on tournament info page.
    • All refunds will be processed electronically.
